Compliance Hub FAQ: Can I Upload PC Documents?
This article outlines the various permissions based on PC/MSO structure.
Every practice has its own PC/MSO setup, so the permissions may look different based on your specific structure. Let's take a closer look:
Moxie PC (you're under Moxie's PC)
- Will have all documents related to the PC preloaded.
- Provider permissions: Providers are able to view documents but not edit them.
Moxie-managed PC (Moxie helped you set up a PC)
- If Moxie helped set up a PC, we will upload all PC-related documents that we have available to us.
- Provider permissions: Provider and MD owners can edit the PC documents (whoever is a shareholder on the agreements)
Non-Moxie PC
- If Moxie did not assist in setting up your PC, this area will not have any documents uploaded.
- Provider permissions: Provider is not able to upload or edit documents. Only PC owners can view and edit the PC documents. The PC owner will be listed on the PC setup component.
Non-MSO
- Your state does not require a PC, and as such, the PC section does not exist.
- Provider permissions: This component does not exist.
