1. How do I upload a banner to my online store?

You can upload a banner to your online store from the Settings> Online store page. For a full walkthrough and video refer to this article.

2. What file size and dimensions are recommended for my online store banner images?

The recommended dimensions and file size for your online store banner are as follows:

Desktop - Recommended size: 1128 x 200 px

Mobile - Recommended size: 343 x 192 px

For thumbnail images the recommended sizes are 248 x 151 px and 250 X 150 px

Both support a max file size of 3MB.

3. Do I need to upload images for both desktop and mobile views for my banner?


Yes, both a desktop and mobile version of your banner are required. You won't be able to save the banner without uploading both versions.

4. How do I add thumbnail images to my product packages?

When creating or editing a package, you'll find an Upload thumbnail button that lets you add an image. For a detailed walkthrough and video tutorial, check out this section in our online store guide.

5. How do I create and feature limited-time deals in my online store?

To create and showcase limited-time deals, first enable the Featured Deals option in your online store settings. This feature draws attention to deals that are about to expire, encouraging customers to make a purchase. To enable this, go to your Online Store settings page, scroll to the bottom, and toggle on the Featured Deals section.

6. How do I organize and reorder packages, memberships and gift cards in my online store?

To organize items in your online store, go to Settings > Online store > Packages & Gift Cards section. Scroll down and click on Edit Order. From there, click and hold the item you want to move, then drag it to its new position. Once you're satisfied with the arrangement, click Save Changes to finalize your updates. Memberships can be organized in the same manner. 

 

7. Can I edit an existing package, and if so, how?

Yes, you can edit an existing package. Navigate to the packages page by either selecting Services & products > Packages, deposits, & gift cards or through Settings > Online store > Manage your packages. Once you're on the packages page, locate the package you want to update, click on the ellipsis (...), and select Edit. You can now make changes to your package as needed.

8. How do I create a new package, such as a tiered gift card offer, for a special promotion

To create a new package like a tiered gift card offer, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Online Store > Manage your packages.
  2. Click Create a package.
  3. Enter the package details, such as the name (e.g., ‘Buy a $500 gift card and receive a $50 gift card’) and a description (this will be visible to customers).
  4. Upload a thumbnail image for your package by clicking Upload file and selecting an appropriate image.
  5. Set the package availability by choosing a start and end date for your promotion.
  6. Specify the credit amount and the price of the package (e.g., $500 for a $550 credit if including a bonus).
  7. Make sure the option to allow purchases online is toggled on if you want it to be available for clients to purchase online.
  8. Review your information and click Add to create the package.

Repeat these steps for any additional tiered gift card offers or special promotions you want to add.

9. Is it possible to set a start and end date for my packages or deals?

Yes, you can set a start and end date for your packages or deals. When creating or editing a package, navigate to Settings > Online Store > Manage your packages.

  1. Click on Create a package or choose an existing package to edit.
  2. In the package setup, you'll find an option to set the availability period. Enter your desired start date (e.g., the beginning of your promotion) and end date (when you want the promotion to expire).
  3. Save your changes, and the package or deal will automatically be active only during the specified time frame.

10. What should I do if I want to disable a package from being purchasable online?

If you want to disable a package from being available for online purchase:

  1. Go to Settings > Online Store > Manage your packages.
  2. Locate the package you want to update and click on the ellipsis (...), then select Edit.
  3. In the package settings, find the option labeled Allow clients to purchase in online store.
  4. Toggle this option off to prevent the package from being available for online purchase.
  5. Click Save to confirm your update.

This will ensure that the package is no longer purchasable through your online store.

11. How can I highlight savings or discounts in my package descriptions?

To highlight savings or discounts in your package descriptions, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Online Store > Manage Your Packages.
  2. Find the package you want to edit or create a new package by clicking Create a package.
  3. In the description field, clearly state the discount or savings (e.g., ‘Save 9% when you purchase this gift card package!’ or ‘Buy a $500 gift card and receive a $50 bonus gift card’).
  4. Make the savings stand out by including percentage discounts or specifying the value customers receive, so they easily recognize the benefit.
  5. Once you’ve written the description, ensure it is visible to your customers by saving the changes.

Use clear and benefit driven language in your package descriptions to effectively communicate the value and encourage purchases.
