How to disable receipt sending at checkout

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.

2. Within Global Nav, click Settings > Client Communications.

3. Scroll down to the immediately after the payment section on this page and click on the toggle to turn off the automatic sending of receipts after payment.

4. You can now send a manual receipt during the checkout process. To do so, once payment is received, click:

    1. View Invoice
    2. The three ellipses on the top right of the invoice
    3. Send Invoice to Client

❗If the automatic sending of recipes is turned off, please ask your clients if they would like a receipt as part of the checkout process. 

How to re-send a receipt to a client 

1. Please navigate to the desired client.

2. Click on the Appts tab and click on the desired appointment to expand it.

3. Once you've found the appointment, click on View full appointment details.

4. Click on the Go to invoice button.

5. On the Summary page click on the ellipses in the top right corner > Send Invoice to Client
