How can I see the calculation for the 9% Moxie fee I am billed?

This article reviews how you can find the calculation for your 9% Moxie fee.

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.

2. Within the Global Nav, click Reports > Sales

3. You will see a Sales Summary at the top of the report. This report summarizes all your sales and revenue activity for a given time period. The 'Total Net Revenue' figure on this table is what your 9% fee is calculated off.

✏️ Note - As of March 2024, provider owner tips will be excluded form the 9% fee. To determine your fee onward subtract provider owner tips from total net revenue, then calculate 9% of that.

I.E., 9% fee = (total net revenue - provider owner tips) * 9%
