This article will walk you through how to view details for specific lot numbers within Moxie Suite.

Navigating to lot details
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Once logged in, click More > Inventory.
3. After navigating to the Inventory page you'll see a list of your service products.
❗Important - Only service products which have been toggled on within your Official Offerings and that we currently offering inventory for will be displayed.
4. To see the details of the lot, click on the specific service product you're interested in.
5. On the next page, find the lot number you're interested in then click on the ellipses to the right of the expiration date.
6. You'll see a new menu appear with the following options:

- View lot transactions
- Edit lot number details
- Archive lot number
We'll go more in depth on each option below.
View lot transactions
1. After reaching the lot details menu click on View lot transactions (see previous the section for steps on navigating to lot details).
2. On the transactions page I can view specific information about this lot such as:
-
- Total units in stock from this specific lot
- A date filter
- Number of product added to inventory from this specific lot
- Number of product used or removed from inventory from this specific lot
- Transaction history:
- Number of product added and specific date
- Number of product removed or used in an appointment and specific date
💡Tip - Easily tell if a product was used in an appointment by looking for a client and service name under the Transaction history section.
3. You can also edit transactions detail which is helpful is for example product was removed from an incorrect lot. To do so, click on the pencil icon to the right of the line item.
4. In the Edit Transaction Details popup, you can modify the lot number, specify the reason for removal (if you're manually removing a product), or update the appointment charting notes (if the product was removed because it was used during an appointment). Click Save when finished making edits.
Edit lot details
1. After reaching the lot details menu click on Edit lot number details of the specific lot you'd like to edit (see the first section for steps on navigating to lot details).
💡 Tip - if you're already within the lot transactions tab you can click on the ellipses in the top right to navigate directly to the lot number details.
2. On the Edit lot number details pop up you'll be able to update the lot number or Expiration of the specific lot. Click Save changes when finished.
Archive a lot
1. After reaching the lot details menu click on Archive lot number of the specific lot you'd like to archive (see the first section for steps on navigating to lot details).
💡 Tip - if you're already within the lot transactions tab you can click on the ellipses in the top right to navigate directly to the Archive lot number.
2. After clicking on the archive option you'll be presented with a pop up asking you to confirm you'd like to archive this lot number. As shown in the image below the lot number will no longer be available to add during an appointment and no items will be removed.
3. To view information on Archived lot numbers click on the downward carrot to the right of the Archive lot number section.
4. Here you'll see all archived lots. Clicking on the ellipses will allow you to view lot transactions or Unarchive a lot number if for example one was archived accidentally.
