How can I tell if a chart is overdue?

✏️ Note - Charts will automatically become overdue 72 hours after the appointment has been completed.

1. When a chart is overdue, you'll see a notification bubble with a number next to the Charts tab on the Global Nav. This number shows how many charts are overdue.

Screenshot 2024-07-26 at 8.50.49 AM

Important - The number displayed will only show the number of overdue charts for you. If the medspa has multiple providers, it will not display the total for each provider.

2. To find the overdue chart, click on the Charts tab, deselect any additional providers so you're looking at your appointments only, and filter by the status of Overdue. After locating the overdue chart click on the card.
