How do I cancel a membership?
This article will walk you through how to cancel a client membership

Navigating to a client card
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. On the bottom of your screen click on Clients.
3. Within the Your clients page use the search for the client. You can search by name or phone number. After finding the client click on their card.
Cancelling a membership
4. Scroll down on the Client details page until you locate the Memberships section.
5. To cancel a membership that the client wants to end, simply click on the ellipses button located on the right side of the membership, then select Cancel membership.
6. On the Cancel membership page confirm the cancellation. Please note that the membership will end on the last day of the billing cycle.
7. Once cancelled the membership card will display an "active member until date".
