How do I cancel an appointment in Moxie Suite?

This article reviews how you can cancel an existing client appointment in your Moxie Suite Account.

Cancelling an appointment

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.

2. If you're on any other page click Schedule on the Global Nav.

3. Once on the Schedule page, find the appointment you want to cancel and click on the appointment card.  

List view:

4. Once on the Appointment Details page of the appointment you want to cancel, click the three purple dots on the top right-hand side of your screen. Click on Cancel appointment.

5. The screen will prompt you to confirm that you want to cancel the appointment. Click the purple button with Confirm.

✏️ Note - You may email and text the client with this info. If you want it sent, leave the purple check box ticked on, if you do NOT wish to send it, toggle off the purple checkmark.

On the Schedule page, you will see one of two things based on your selected view.

On the List view, the status is marked as Cancelled:

        In the Calendar view, appointments will now have alternating stripes and all their information will be crossed out:

    Ta-da! You've successfully cancelled the appointment.
