This article reviews how you can clean up outstanding appointments on your Moxie Suite account.
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Within Global Nav, click Schedule.
3. Once on the Schedule page, scroll to find appointments that have a passed date and are still showing as Scheduled.

- Click the three purple dots on the top right-hand side of your screen. Select the appropriate action.

Go to checkout: the clients came in, and you completed the appointment.
Mark as no-show: the client did not come to their appointment.
Mark chart as complete & send to MD: you've completed charting for the patient.
Cancel appointment: the appointment was incorrectly scheduled.
Late cancel appointment: The client canceled their appointment late.
Edit appointment : you need to edit the time/date/services of the appointment.
Note ✏️ - Go to checkout was previously labeled mark as complete. The functionality has not changed.
Note ✏️ - Mark chart as complete & send to MD was previously labeled Send to MD for chart review. The functionality has not changed.
❗Only click the Mark chart as complete & send to MD once charting is finalized, and it's ready to be sent to your MD.
Ta-da! You've now cleaned up your schedule and are ready to go!
