This article reviews how you can create an appointment for your clients in your Moxie Suite Account.

Adding directly on the calendar
Book using create button
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Make sure you're on the default, Schedule page then click on the Create button on the top right-hand side > Client appointment.
3. A new side drawer will pop up where you can create a new client if this is their first visit or select from the list of existing clients.
4. After creating or selecting a client, click on the services search bar and choose a service. Once a service is selected, you’ll see the GFE status icon for the client. A green heart means you’re all set! If you see a different icon, it may require your action or review.
💡 Tip - You can add more than 1 service. If you're performing both neurotoxin and filler, add both services for the appointment.
5. Now select a provider.
6. After selecting a provider, move on to choose the date and time for your appointment. Simply select the correct date and time, then click the Save button to finalize your choice.
✏️ Note - The duration is pre-populated based on the services you selected on the previous page. You can always manually override this to make the appointment last however long you may like by changing the End time
7. To finalize the appointment, click on the Complete Booking button. A notification will confirm that the appointment was successfully booked. From there, you can either navigate to the appointment or simply close the booking drawer.
Adding directly on the calendar
You can also effortlessly schedule an appointment by clicking directly on your calendar. After selecting a time on your calendar, use steps 3-7 outlined above to complete the booking process.
Ta-da! You've successfully created a new appointment.
