How do I enroll a client in a membership?

Navigating to a client card

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.

2. Within the Global Nav, click Clients.

✏️ Tip - You can also begin the process by clicking on the + (plus) icon from the schedule page and selecting Membership sale. 

 

3. On the Clients page use the search for the client. You can search by name or phone number. After finding the client click on their card.

4. On the Client details within the Overview tab page scroll down until you find the Memberships section. Click + Add new membership to proceed.

5. On the next page select one of the available memberships and click Next

💡 Tip - if the membership has an initiation fee and you'd like to waive it simply check the "Remove initiation fee for this client" box.

6. On the Review details page the client will be able to review the terms of the membership including billing frequency, minimum commitment, and early terminations fees. After they have reviewed the details have them click on the Go to client's wallet button. 

✏️ Note - If the client already has a credit card attached to their wallet please proceed to step 10

7. Within the wallet, scroll down to the Credit Cards section and expand the menu by clicking the carrot on the right > + Add a new card

8. On the pop-up have the client enter their credit card information > Click Add Card

9. After they successfully add the credit card it will be visible on their wallet and will automatically be labeled as the default card. Have them click on the back arrow to continue with the sign up process.

10. Back the membership details page, please ask the client to:

    • Check both boxes.
    • Review the terms by clicking the provided links.
    • Click the Sign button.
    • Sign their name and click Submit signature
    • Confirm first membership payment.

11. Once the first payment goes through the client will be successfully signed up.

12. Back on the Client details page you'll now see the active subscription, the bill date and the credit card charged on each billing cycle.
