This article reviews how to view and order your Jeuveau in your Moxie Suite account.
If your order is submitted Monday through Thursday before 5:00 PM ET / 2:00 PM PT, you should expect it to be delivered the next day (typically between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM local time). All orders received between end of day Thursday - Monday will typically ship for delivery on Tuesday morning.
We will send you tracking information for your next day shipment from supplies@joinmoxie.com sometime after 10:00 PM ET / 7:00 PM PST. If you did not receive tracking information as expected please double check that your order was submitted before the manufacturer's cutoff time. If you need help finding your tracking info or have any other questions, please email supplies@joinmoxie.com.

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Within the Global Nav click Supplies > Jeuveau
3. After which you'll see:

- Shipping Address
- Jeuveau ID
4. On this page, you can click View product to proceed with the purchase of Jeuveau.
5. Add the number you want to purchase, and click Add to cart.
❗Important - If there are product-specific restrictions on ordering, it will be outlined on the product page as shown in the image above.
6. Once you've added all of the supplies you want to purchase, click on the purple cart icon on the right side of the screen.
7. Review the products in your cart then click Checkout.
8. A new page may open asking you to enter your email. Please enter the same email used to log into your Moxie Suite account. Then click Continue.
9. You'll receive an email with the subject line: Moxie: 6-digit code. Open the email and enter the six digit code on the new screen, then click Submit.
10. Follow the instructions on the next page to pay for those supplies.
Ta-da! You've now successfully placed your Jeuveau supplies order.
