This article reviews how to view and order your Merz supplies in your Moxie Suite account.
If your order is submitted Monday through Thursday before 4:30 PM ET / 1:30 PM PT, you should expect it to be delivered the next day (typically between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM local time). All orders received between end of day Thursday - Monday will typically ship for delivery on Tuesday morning.
We will send you tracking information for your next day shipment from supplies@joinmoxie.com sometime after 10:00 PM ET / 7:00 PM PST. If you did not receive tracking information as expected please double check that your order was submitted before the manufacturer's cutoff time. If you need help finding your tracking info or have any other questions, please email supplies@joinmoxie.com.

Ordering Merz supplies
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Within the Global Nav click Supplies > Merz
3. After which you'll see:

- Shipping Address
- Merz ID
4. On this page, you can select the products you want to purchase. For any product you want to buy click View product.
5. Add the number you want to purchase, and click Add to cart.
❗Important - If there is a minimum purchase amount or product-specific restrictions on ordering, it will be outlined on the product page as shown in the image above.
6. Once you've added all of the supplies you want to purchase, click on the purple cart icon on the right side of the screen.
7. Review the products in your cart then click Checkout.
8. A new page may open asking you to enter your email. Please enter the same email used to log into your Moxie Suite account. Then click Continue.
9. You'll receive an email with the subject line: Moxie: 6-digit code. Open the email and enter the six digit code on the new screen, then click Submit.
10. Follow the instructions on the next page to pay for those supplies.
Ta-da! You've now successfully placed your Merz supplies order.

How does Xeomin sampling work?
For every vial of Xeomin ordered, receive up to an additional 80% in sample vials (for training or customer conversion purposes). See examples below:

Who receives the e-form to sign for samples?
After you place your order, Merz will send a form to the license holder of each account, as they are the only ones eligible to sign for samples. Mid-level practitioners can sign for themselves, but RNs will need their MD's signature. The sample form will be sent to the email Merz has on file for the Mid-level or MD.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
There are no minimum purchase requirements; the sample products will come regardless of the size of your order.
Where do shipments come from and when do they ship?
Samples ship directly from our strategic partner account manager at Merz, which means your local rep doesn’t have to use their sample budget, though they will still receive full credit for the order.
❗Important- Orders with 5 vials or more will have samples ship within a week of signing. However any order under 5 vials will be sampled monthly.
