Can I manually resend a GFE for review?
❗Important - Recently migrated to the new GFE review system? We understand this is a hefty change, and we’re here to help! For RNs starting with the new GFE review system, it’s important to prioritize re-submitting all clients for a new review as soon as possible. If you’re unable to complete the re-submission before a client’s appointment, you may continue using the old GFE status temporarily. However, we strongly recommend submitting the new review sooner rather than later to ensure everything is up-to-date. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions—we’re here to support you!
GFE submission process
Great news! Once a client completes all of their intakes forms the GFE will be automatically sent to the GFE reviewer or Medical Director for review. During this time the GFE status will update to Pending Reviewer until the reviewer completes their assessment.

My client has not completed their forms
If you've noticed that a client has not completed their forms - by using the filters outlined in the linked article above - please follow these steps.
1. Reach out personally to the client and ask that they complete their forms to avoid any delay in being seen.
2. They can log into the client portal by clicking on the link in the email sent to them requesting the form completion. The subject line would be "[Action required] Appointment scheduled at [your medspa name] with [client name] - fill out forms" or if the appointment was previously rescheduled it will have the subject line "[Action required] Appointment rescheduled - fill out forms"
3. If they can not find this email you can send them a link to the client portal. To start click on Clients within the global Nav > search for the client > click into their client card.
4. Click on the ellipses on the top right > Send login link.
5. The client will receive an email with the subject line "[medspa name] login link". They can now use this link to access their client portal and completed the necessary forms.
Can I manually resend a GFE for review?
Yes you can, please follow these steps to manually send a GFE for review.
1. To start click on Clients within the global Nav > search for the client > click into their client card.
2. On the client details page click on the GFE tab.
3. On this page scroll to the GFE sub section and click the ellipses > Send for review
4. On the pop-up you'll select the type of review then click Confirm send
5. There may be instances when Moxie will inform you to manually send a GFE for review. Please see examples below:
No request appears - this occurs when everything seems ready for the review, but something apparently went wrong on our side. In this instance a manual submission is required.
Update to the intake form - this occurs when there is an update to the service type list connected to the intake form (a new service type was added, that wasn't part of the original review.
✏️ Note - Self eligible providers will see the words Refresh GFE review.
RNs will instead see Send GFE for review.
