Navigating to online booking

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.

2. Within the Global Nav click Settings > Online booking.

Updating cancellation policy

1. Once on your Online booking page, you can update your cancellation policy. To activate a cancellation policy, toggle the Cancellation Policy button on the right side of the screen. Once on, it will switch from gray to purple.

2. After enabling your cancellation policy, you can edit the late-cancellation notice window and fee amount.

3. Clicking the Late-cancellation option will display a drop-down. Select from the available options and click Save to finalize the change.

4. Clicking the Edit fee amount button will allow you to edit the cancellation fee amount. Click Save to finalize the change.

Ta-da! You have successfully turned on your cancellation policy. This will require a credit card from your clients when booking in the future.

✏️ Note - While updating your cancellation policy will take effect immediately, it is not retroactive and will only impact future appointments.
