1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account.


2. Within the Global Nav click Settings. The GFE Status filter is to the right of the Appointment Status filter.

3. Click on the GFE Status button to reveal the GFE Status filters:

4. You can select from new GFE statues and Old GFE statues (those that were completed prior to the updated GFE process in July 2024). After making your selection click Show results

Check out the list below for a detailed guide on what each filter is returning and how to use them:

 

Filter value Definition Action
Client forms incomplete

Know which services within an appt still have incomplete forms

Resend unsigned forms on the Appointment page, or follow up with the client personally

Pending Reviewer

Know which appointments have services that have been sent to the GFE reviewer but haven't been reviewed yet.

RNs: No action

NPs/PAs: you can self complete GFE's. Refer to this article for a walkthrough. 

Contraindicated

The client has at least one service type or service product they were contraindicated for that is related to their booked appointment.

Never treat the client using the service or service product that is contraindicated. 

Not Indicated

Your MD/GFE reviewer was not comfortable marking the client as indicated because they didn’t have enough information. 

You can not treat a client who is not indicated. Learn more on how to submit additional information which could help your MD/GFE reviewer indicate the client here. 

Indicated with exceptions
  • The client is indicated for the service but has one or more service product contraindications on their GFE.   
  • The service menu item is connected to multiple service types, but one of them is contraindicated
You will need to review the GFE results because something isn’t approved.

Indicated

The client has one or more indicated services that is related to their booked appointment. No action
Approved Know which appointments are good to go! No action
Declined Know which appointments have had at least 1 form declined by GFE Reviewer.
  • Follow up with GFE Reviewer, if they were requesting more info or
  • Reach out to client and let them know they aren't approved, then cancel appt if necessary

Important - Approved and Declined are status used for the old GFE process, they are available to filter appointments with GFE completed prior to the new GFE process.
