An Overview of the Cherry Patient Application Process

1. Visit the Cherry Practice Portal and sign in with your credentials.
2. Grab your Application Link at the top right corner.
3. With your unique Cherry link, be sure to add it to your social media and communications, such as appointment reminder texts.
As the best practice, you want to discuss Cherry sooner, e.g., the pre-consultation process, so current and potential patients better understand all available options, which can aid in discussing comprehensive treatment plans.
4. Notice a new patient booked an appointment, let's send them a direct link to apply. To do so, navigate to the Send Aplplication Link box and enter the new client's phone number or email address
5. The Patient will receive a message with a direct link to see if they qualify for Cherry - with no impact on their credit score. In our example,, we used email, but the process is similar on mobile devices.
Patient Application Process
1. The patient clicks on the direct link to start the process.
2. They click Let's Go!
3. Then proceed through all application process questions. The entire process takes less than 60 seconds.

Viewing Patient Approvals
As a best practice, you want to check your Cherry Portal at least once a day to confirm if there are any patients who are newly qualified for Cherry.
1. Within Cherry Portal, ensure you're on the Application tab.
2. Filter by Approved Status.
3. Confirm the Avilable amount the patient is approved for under the Application Status column
