How do I add, edit, and remove services in Moxie Suite?

This article reviews how you can add, edit or remove any service from your Moxie Suite account.

Adding a service

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.

2. Within the Global Nav click  Services & Products > Service menu

3. On the Services page, click the purple box at the top of the page with Add a service button. 

4. Once on the Add a service page, enter the information for the service you're adding 

1. 1. Add the name of the service
   2. Check Bookable online if you want the service to appear on your public booking page, and clients to have the ability to book that service online. If you do NOT want the service to be bookable via your booking link, keep that box blank. 
   3. Assign the new service to a Custom category, and hit Save on the top right of the screen 
      1. If the correct category does not exist, click the purple + Add category button. 
   4. Assign the new service to an Official Service Type(s), and hit Save on the top right of the screen. 
      1. Don't see the service type you are looking for? Click the purple Update your medspa's Official Offerings here button near the bottom of the page.  Learn more about this process in this article. 
   5. Confirm if the service price is fixed or varies based on the amount of product used.  
      1. Note: For some services, such as neurotoxin, we recommend using the Price varies based on service products used vs. inputting a price. Unless you're charging by treatment area. 
   6. Add tax if applicable 
   7. Add duration (how long you want the appointment to be booked for on your calendar) 
   8. Optional: Add a description for the service
   9. Check on each provider who will be performing the service
   10. Once all the above information has been completed hit "Add" on the top right-hand side of your screen

Editing a service

1. Navigate to Services & Product > Service Menu (see previous section for images)

2. On the Services page can search or scroll to find the service.

 

3. After finding your service click on the ellipses > Edit on the top right corner of the service card.

 

4. Once you're on the Edit a service page, update the sections you'd like to change. After updating the appropriate sections, hit the Save button on the top right-hand side of your screen

How to remove a service

1. Navigate to Services & Product > Service Menu (see previous section for images)

2. On the Services page can search or scroll to find your service.

3. After finding your service click on the ellipses > Delete on the top right corner of the product card.

 

4. You'll receive a pop-up confirming you'd like to delete the service. Click the Delete button to confirm you'd like to proceed.
