How to block and unblock a client

Need to stop a client from booking or accessing services? Follow these steps to block or unblock them in Moxie.​

Blocking a client

1. Within the Global Nav click Clients.

 

2. On this page search for the client.

 

3. After finding the client, click on their card.

 

4. Click the ellipses on the top right > Block.

 

5. On the pop-up click Block.

Note ✏️ - The client is now blocked, this means:

    • They can not access the client portal
    • They will not be able to book appointments within the online booking page.
    • Providers will not be able to book appointments for the client in Moxie Suite. 

Unblocking a client

1. On the Global Nav, click Clients.

 

2. Click the status filter.

 

3. From the pop-up select Blocked > Show results

 

4. Click the blocked client's card

 

5. Click the ellipses > Unblock

 

6. Click Yes, unblock. The client is now unblocked and will have access to the client portal and online booking.
