Navigating to inventory

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.


2. Once logged in, on the Global Nav click Inventory

Adding product cost to products

1. After navigating to the Inventory page you'll see a list of your service products. To begin adding product cost, click into the specific product. 

Important Only service products which have been toggled on within your Official Offerings and that we currently offering inventory for will be displayed.

2. On the units in stock card click the ellipses > Add product cost

3. On the Add product cost pop-up enter the cost per unitSave

✏️ Note - the toggle is defaulted to on. Please do not toggle off unless you do not want to view revenue and cost details in inventory.

4. The estimated profit and cost in stock are now displayed in the inventory page for the specific product.

Calculation definitions

  • Estimated revenue = price per unit for the service product * total units in stock
  • Cost in stock = cost per unit * total units in stock
  • Estimated profit = estimated revenue - cost in stock
