How to submit additional information
Navigating to client's GFE
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Within the Global Nav, select Clients, then search for your client and click onto their card.
3. On the client profile click the GFE tab.
4. On the Summary section you'll see a grey x for any services or products that are not indicated. Within the GFE proper you'll see the name of the service or service product not indicated along with the reviewers note for not indicating.

How to submit additional information
If you have additional information which can aid the GFE reviewer in indicating the client proceed with these steps.
5. On the same GFE tab scroll down until you see the GFE Notes section. Click on the + Add a note button.
6. On the pop-up select the form you'd like to attach the GFE note to > Continue.
7. On this page enter the additional information then click the purple add button on the top right corner.
8. The note will now appear under the GFE Notes section. If you need to make any edits to the note or wish to delete it click on the ellipses and the appropriate option.
9. You're now ready to send the GFE for re-review. To do so, scroll back up to the GFE section (where you see a list of indicated, contraindicated, or not indicated services). Click on the ellipses > Send GFE for re-review.
10. On the pop-up ensure that the Only request review for service types with the status 'not indicated' is selected, then click Confirm send.
11. The GFE will go to the reviewers queue. After they complete the re-review the updated status, if applicable, will be shown on the client's GFE tab.
