How to place a supply order through Moxie

Navigating to the supplies store

1. Within the Global Nav, click Supplies. 

 

2. You'll be redirected to the Moxie supplies store log-in page. Enter your Moxie Suite email > Continue

✏️ Note - do not login using Shop, only login using your Moxie Suite email address. 

 

3. Moxie will send a six-digit code will be sent to your email. Copy and paste it into the log-in field > Submit

4. You're now logged into the Moxie supplies store 🎉

 

Supplies store overview 

Now that you're logged in, let's tour the supplies store before placing an order. 

1. When you first log in, you'll be on the Home page. Here, you'll see a list of featured products. 

 

2. At the top of the screen, you will find a list of all of Moxie's pharmaceutical vendor partners. We list all of our partners, including those with whom you may have an account. Let's take a look at how the page appears if we have an account with a particular pharma company. In our example, we'll look at Allergan. The page will contain:

    • The name of the brand is displayed on the top left
    • Filtering options 
    • Sorting option
    • Total count of products available from this brand. 
    • A scrollable list of all products under that brand

 

3. Let's look at the available filtering and sorting options next:

Availability: you can filter by either in stock or out of stock

 

Price: enter a price range for products. It also displays the cost of the product with the highest price.

 

Sort: the default value is Featured, but you can choose from various options such as best-selling price. 

 

4. Now, let's explore what happens when we navigate to a pharma brand which we don't have an account with. In our example, we will use Empower. 

Rather than seeing a list of products available under that brand, we instead see a message of No products found:

5. Finally, let's examine the icons at the top right of the supplies page. These three icons perform specific functions when clicked; in order from left to right, they are: 

    • Magnifying glass: allows you to search for specific items across all brands and products. 
    • Avatar: Will take you to your profile. We will discuss this page further later on. 
    • Shopping bag: Displays a list of products added to your cart. You can modify your cart and also checkout. 

 

Adding products and checking out

In this section, we'll explore a product card, the information displayed on it, and how to check out.

1. Every product card will display if there is a minimum purchase amount and what it is for. For example:

Botox: minimum order of 3 vials for free shipping.  

Dysport: minimum 2 vial purchase required

 

2. More information can be found when clicking on the product card. Continuing with our Dysport example, you can see that any Friday orders are not processed until the following week. Please be sure to carefully read each product card, as variations in ordering and shipping cutoffs can vary from brand to product. 

 

3. To proceed with adding to your cart, be sure to add any purchase minimums to the quantity, then click Add to cart

 

4. A success message will appear on the page, and you can choose to view your cart, check out, or continue shopping

 

3. Now that we’ve added a few more items, let’s take a closer look at our cart. Remember, you can access it right after adding a product or anytime by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner.

 

4. At the bottom of the page, you'll see columns for products, quantity, individual product totals, and a sub-total.

 

5. From this page, we can adjust quantities by clicking on the plus or minus icons next to a specific product or remove it entirely by clicking on the trash icon. 

6. After making any desired adjustments to your cart, click Check out to begin the checkout flow. 

7. On the checkout screen, if this is your first time placing an order (or you've opted not to save cc information), you'll be prompted to enter billing information and your total

First-time purchase or opted not to save payment info. 

✏️ Note - to save time on a future purchase, you can opt to save your payment information by checking the Save this card... option at the bottom of the credit card entry form. 

 

If you've previously placed an order and saved your payment method, you'll see the stored payment instead. To use a different card, click + Use a different card.  

 

8. Once you're ready to finalize the purchase, click Pay now

9. Once the order is successfully placed, you'll see your confirmation message and will shortly receive an email with your details.

Reviewing order history

Now that you've placed an order, let's see where we can view historical orders placed. 

 

1. Within the supplies store click on the avatar icon. 

 

2. This will redirect you to the Orders page. The default view will display each order as a card.

 

3. Clicking on the list icon will change the view accordingly. You can also filter and sort by clicking on the funnel icon.

 

4. For more information about a particular order, click on the card or row. 

 

5. A really cool feature on this page is the buy-again button, which will add all of the items in that particular order to your shopping cart for easy checkout.
