Rebooking process
1. Find a completed appointment on your calendar, then click on the appointment card.
2. In the Appointment Overview, you'll see two options: one to rebook and another to proceed to checkout. If you attempt to check out a client without rebooking first, a pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that you wish to proceed without rebooking.
3. To proceed without rebooking click Yes, checkout. Otherwise click No, rebook now > Rebook client button.
4. A side drawer will appear allowing you to rebook the client. Some things to note is that the services selected will default to the same as today's appointment. Though you can add new services and remove existing services.
5. When selecting a date and time for the appointment, you’ll see a pre-filled option showing how far in the future the appointment is set. You’re also able to adjust the date and time to you and your client's needs.
6. After finalizing the new appointment you'll receive a success message and are now ready to continue checking out the client.
