How to submit a bug report
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Click on the exclamation mark in the top right corner:
3. This will bring up the Repot a bug popup in the lower right corner of your screen.
4. Click on the green Replace button and you'll see two new options: Start recording or Take screenshot, pick one to continue.

- Selecting Start recording will begin recording your screen. Progress through the steps taken which resulted in the error. When finished click the red button to finish your recording
- Selecting Take screenshot will cause a popup to appear asking for permission to capture the screenshot. Click Allow to proceed.
💡Tip - The screenshot will be taken automatically once you click Allow please be sure to navigate to the page causing the issue before grabbing the screenshot.

5. One you've added your recording or screenshot all that remains is to enter the following information:

- Email - Your contact email
- Title - A title for the issue
- Description - A short description that contains details of the encountered issue.
While Title and Description are optional they are highly recommended so that our Engineering team can better troubleshoot the issue. Click Submit when finished and the report will go directly to our Engineering team.
