Viewing appointment history

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.

2. Make sure you're on the default, Schedule page then click on the desired appointment card.

3. On the appointment details page click on the Appt history tab.

4. On this page you'll see a list of the client's previous appointments broken down by date and time. Clicking on the arrow will expand the specific appointment.

Important - if this is a new client they will still have an Appt history tab but no history will be displayed. See example image below

5. Once expanded you'll be able to see services performed, products used, diagrams, and appointment notes.
