Viewing the transaction activity tab
Navigating to a client wallet
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Within the Global Nav, click Clients.
3. On the Clients page use the search for the client. You can search by name or phone number. After finding the client click on their card.
4. On the Client's details page click on the Wallet tab.
Viewing the transaction activity tab
Once on the Wallet tab scroll down to the Transaction Activity section. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect to see:

Wallet credit type - shows the type of credit; can be dollar, point, service menu items, and retail or service products.

Number of credit type - shows the amount added or subtracted from the wallet

Invoice number - shows the invoice in which a wallet credit was added or redeemed

Source - shows the membership, provider appointment, package, or memo note outlining how the credit was applied or removed.

💡Tip - use the Invoice number displayed on the transaction log to search for and open the corresponding invoice for a detailed breakdown of that sale.
Wallet credits can come from a variety of sources which are then outlined in the transaction log. E.g., through reoccurring membership perks or sales of a packages.
However, providers can also manually enter credits. To do so, follow the steps below.
How to manually add credits
1. On the Client's wallet tab under the Credit section click on Edit to manually add dollar or point credits e.g., Cherry.
2. On the following page enter the amount to add > Confirm.
3. You'll need to confirm thew wallet update on this next screen. In our example we are granting a dollar credit to the client's wallet for referring a client.
❗Important - while optional we highly recommend entering a memo note to specify why the credit was applied so that you can easily reference it in the transaction log in the future.
4. You can also add service products, menu items, or retail products to the client's wallet manually by scrolling to Items and clicking add on the appropriate section.
5. You'll then see any such action on the transaction log for the client's wallet along with the reason (if one was added)
Viewing the specific invoice
1. On the client's wallet tab scroll down to the Transaction Activity section.
2. Find a non manual transaction you'd like to review and make note of the invoice number.
3. Now scroll and find the invoice number on the invoices section > click onto the invoice.
4. On the invoice you can view and confirm the action that resulted in the addition or subtraction of wallet credits.
