This article will show you how to begin a synchronous GFE review within Moxie Suite in two ways.

2. On the next page search for and click on the desired client profile.
3. Once you’re on the client’s profile, click on the GFE tab.
4. Go to the section labeled GFE. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner, then select Initiate sync GFE review.
Tip 💡- You can also scroll down to the Sync GFE document section and click the Initiate sync review button. The process is the same, so it’s just a matter of personal preference!

5. On the Treatments to review page, you can either use the search bar or scroll through the list to find and select the services you want to include in the sync GFE review.
Important ❗- As shown in the image above, there is a separate charge for laser hair removal and another for weight loss services. These charges are independent of each other.
6. After selecting your services click Next.
7. On the next page, choose the device on which the synchronous review will take place. After making your selection click Next.
Note ✏️ - If the client is in office we recommend conducting the sync GFE on your device.
8. On the subsequent page you'll confirm the client's details then click Start Review Now. This will start the live sync GFE review and all completed reviews automatically sync back into Moxie Suite, keeping everything organized in one place.

Important ❗ - Once the review is finished, your credit card will be automatically charged.
Initiate review from an appointment
9. On your schedule find and click on the desired appointment.
10. On the appointment details page click the GFE tab.
11. Click on the three dots > Initiate sync GFE review.
13. This time let's explore the difference when A different device is selected.
14. Along with confirming the client's birthday and phone number, you’ll confirm where they’ll receive a link to start the GFE process; SMS and/or email.
15. The client would start the he sync GFE from their device using the link we send to them. Once the assessment is finished, the results will automatically update on their Moxie Suite profile.
