Add the product to your inventory within Moxie Suite by following the steps outlined in this article.
How can I tell how much inventory I have left?
After adding inventory within Moxie Suite, if you ever need to check how much inventory you have, navigate to the Inventory page. You can get there by clicking Inventory on the left-hand Global Nav. Refer to the article above on how to add service products to your inventory.

How do I keep track of which products I've used so that my inventory is accurate?
As long as inventory is added accurately, inventory will be tracked automatically. Things to remember include adding service products and a lot of information during the checkout process.
