4. How Do I Apply for a Moxie x Cherry Account?
To open a Moxie x Cherry account, head over to withcherry.com/moxie. From there:

Fill out the Registration Form: Provide your basic information.

Reach out to your PSM and let them know you’re signing up for Cherry.

Schedule a Demo: Book your onboarding session with Cherry’s team.

Go Live: Once your onboarding is complete, you can begin processing Cherry transactions right away!
5. What’s the Patient Application Experience?
When a patient is ready to apply for Cherry financing, you simply send your unique Cherry application link via text or email. It takes about a minute for them to complete the application, with no impact on credit to apply! They’ll provide basic info like phone number, name, DOB, address, and SSN. Once approved, they can move forward with treatment financing.

6. How Do I Check Out a Patient Using Cherry?
Within the Cherry Practice Portal find the patient under the Patients section, then:
1. Find the patient
2. Click Checkout
2. Set purchase price and location
3. Send a contact link to the patient by text, email, or finish on your device in person.

7. When Do I Receive Payment From Cherry, and Am I Responsible if Patients Don’t Make Payments? Am I Still Paid in Full?
You are paid in full by Cherry within 2-3 days, and they take on the credit risk of every contract initiated by Cherry. You are not responsible for the repayment of your patients’ contracts.
8. Can I Link My Cherry Account With My Allē for Business Account?
Absolutely, and we highly recommend this connection. Whenever you provide an Allergan-based service and a patient opts to finance their purchase through a Cherry x Allē payment plan, you will enjoy 0% transaction fees. 🎉

Yes! Even if you’ve already processed payment through Cherry or Allē, completing a second “checkout” in Moxie Suite ensures your reporting and financial records stay accurate. By adding the value of each transaction to the client's wallet and redeeming it on the Moxie invoice, you’ll have a clear record of:
- Where the money came from (Cherry)
- Which treatments/services were paid for
- How it impacts your taxes and revenue tracking
