This guide will help you understand and reference all the color codes used in your calendar view.

Daily calendar view
Scheduled
A scheduled appointment will be outlined in the provider's color and appear differently based on the appointment duration.

Confirmed
A confirmed appointment will be shaded in the provider's color, making it easy to distinguish from a scheduled appointment. The duration of appointments, whether long or short, will continue to be displayed as usual.

Completed
A completed appointment will be displayed in a deeper shade of the provider's color, making it easy to differentiate from both confirmed and scheduled appointments. This way, you can quickly see the status of each appointment at a glance.

Cancelled
A cancelled appointment will have its details crossed off, and the background will feature alternating white and colored stripes to indicate its cancellation. This distinct pattern ensures that cancelled appointments are easily recognizable.

A late cancelled appointment will be outlined in red while maintaining the same background pattern of a cancelled appointment. This visual cue will help you quickly identify late cancellations.

Weekly calendar view
Now that you have a key to differentiate between the various appointment status, let's zoom into our schedule tab and put it all together on the weekly view.
💡 Tip - If your medspa has multiple providers, each one will have a specific color assigned to them. In the weekly and monthly calendar views, please use these colors to identify each provider's schedule when multiple providers are selected.
Monthly calendar view
In the monthly calendar view, each appointment will be marked with a colored dot indicating the provider. You can click on the appointment to go to the appointment detail page for more information.
If there are more than three appointments on a given day, you'll see a "+X" (where X is the number of additional appointments). Clicking on this will display a popup with all appointments for the day. From there, you can click on any appointment to be redirected to the appointment detail page, just as before.
