New patient
The new patient icon, represented by a person shape with an exclamation point, is designed to highlight appointments for first-time patients. This icon serves as a critical visual cue, indicating that additional attention and preparation may be required for these appointments.

- Preparation: Use this cue to ensure all necessary paperwork, initial assessments, and welcome protocols are prepared in advance.
- Attention: Pay extra attention to these appointments to make a positive first impression and gather essential patient information.
Forms incomplete
The forms incomplete icon, depicted as a clipboard with an X in the center, signals that there are outstanding forms required for a particular appointment. This icon is a vital visual reminder for staff to follow up on incomplete paperwork, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered before the appointment.

GFE
The Good Faith Exam icon, represented by a heart shape icon denotes the status of the GFE for one or more services attached to a scheduled appointment. This icon provides critical information about the GFE, ensuring that you're aware of any pending or necessary evaluations. The possible statuses are "Incomplete forms", "Pending Review," "Not Indicated," "Contraindicated," and "Indicated."
Key Points:
- Identification: The icon helps you quickly identify the GFE status of services for a scheduled appointment.
Status Definitions:
- Incomplete form: One or more scheduled services have incomplete intake forms and could not be reviewed as part of a GFE. Please follow up with the client for form completion and ensure GFE is submitted before treatment. The icon will be outlined in red.
- Pending Review: The GFE is yet to be reviewed. The icon will be outlined in yellow
- Not Indicated: The The GFE reviewer has determined that at least one of the services booked for the appointment is not indicated for the client. This doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t treat the patient; it just means that one or more services need to be reviewed. We highlight this to ensure you don’t miss any important details. The icon will be filled in grey.
- Contraindicated: The GFE reviewer has determined that at least one of the services booked for the appointment is contraindicated for the client. This doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t treat the patient; it just means that one or more services need to be reviewed. We highlight this to ensure you don’t miss any important details. The icon will be filled in red.
- Indicated: The GFE reviewer has cleared the client for treatment for the scheduled service. The icon will be outlined and filled in green.
- The Client could be indicted with exceptions click on the appointment card to confirm.
