This article will guide provider owners on how to view and edit the working hours of other providers at their medspa.

Navigate to working hours
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. Within the Global Nav click Settings > Work hours.
3. On this page, click Regular working hours.
View and edit working hours
1. Here you'll first see your own working hours.
2. To view one of your other providers working hours click on Change on the top right corner of this page. On the pop-up that appears select another provider then Change provider.
3. The page will now update and display the working hours of the selected provider.
4. To add new hours:

- Select the day of the week (i.e., Monday)
- Select the start time (i.e., 9:00 AM)
- Select the end time (i.e., 5:00 PM)
- Click on the purple "Add" button
5. Once you click the Add button you will see a row appear for the date and times you added.
✏️ Note - You have to add hours each day separately
6. Go through and add the hours for the days they're working, be sure to click on Add button for each day.
7. To update existing work hours hit the trash icon next to the day you want to edit. Then re-add their work schedule for the day.
Ta da! You can now easily view and make any necessary adjustments to providers working hours.
