How do I set up my Official Offerings?
What are Official offerings?
Official Offerings are how you declare the official Services and Service Products that are offered at your Medspa. This is everything from Neuromodulators, to PRP, to Equipment Facials. By "turning on" the Service Types and Service Products that are relevant to your business, you will be customizing the rest of your Moxie Suite experience. For example, your clients' GFEs will be reviewed against the services you have declared are offered at your Medspa.
✏️ Note - Only a provider owner can update a Medspa's Official Offerings.
How do I set up my Official Offerings?
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. As a provider Owner, click Services & Products > Official Offerings.
3. On the Official offerings page, select Update official offerings.
4. Select the Services that are offered by your medspa. After finalizing your selections, click on the purple save button in the top right corner.
❗Important - only select the services that you offer today! You can always come back and make adjustments as you add more services.
5. After clicking save, you'll be brought back to the Official offerings page. Here, you'll click on each Service to finish the setup.
✏️ Note - For services that have service products, you will need to select the service products that your practice offers.
6. Once you have selected the Service Products you will provide, click the little Pencil icon to set the price. Once you've set your price, click "Update". Do this for each Service Product you've selected. 
7. Once you have set the price for every service product, click the purple Save button on the top right corner. After, you'll be brought back to the previous Service Type page.
8. Now, you'll click on Service Menu to connect this official Service Type (Neuromodulator in our example) to the Service Menu item(s).
9. On the Select service menu page, click on all menu items that use this Service Type. Once you've selected all of the Service Menu items that use this Service Type, click Save in the top right corner.
✏️ Note - You can also connect a Service Menu item to a Service Type when you create or edit a Service Menu item in Settings > Services & Products > Service Menu.
You have now set everything up for this Service Type 🎉. Continue with steps 5-8 for every Service Type you have selected!
