What happens when I choose to migrate my current Allergan account to Moxie's Allergan account?

How do I order?

You must place your orders through Moxie Supplies.  When signing up for preferred pricing through Moxie, you do lose access to being able to place your orders through Allergan Direct.

Am I able to continue to use the credit terms I had with Allergan previously?

No, because Moxie must take financial responsibility for the order, we are unable to offer credit terms at this time.

Why is there no discount on Botox when I order through Moxie Supplies?

Allergan is never able to discount Botox nor is Moxie.  We are able to provide a 4% rebate based on your purchase volume about 1 quarter (3 months) after your purchase is made.  We are still detailing out exactly how we will provide this rebate but will give more info in the coming weeks.

How does my relationship with my rep change?

Everything about your relationship with your rep is unchanged (except that they can't place orders, you must place your order through Moxie Suite).  Your rep still receives credit for any purchases you make and will continue to work directly with you on samples and other perks.

How do I get my Alle coupons?

Everything about your Alle account should be the same. You should NOT lose access to Alle and all Alle coupon codes or other offers will still go directly to you. If you had an existing Alle account prior to can continue to login as you have done in the past.

How do I pay my outstanding bills for orders I placed before joining this agreement?

Allergan will send you a separate message directly to coordinate with you on closing out older invoices.  Because Moxie is not the financially responsible party, we are unable to view your transaction history for privacy reasons. We realize it may be confusing to remember which transactions were before/after you joined Moxie's pricing agreement.  We are working closely with Allergan to ensure you have very clear details from Allergan and nothing gets lost in the shuffle. In any event, Allergan will honor the terms set at the time you made your purchase and you are not expected to accelerate any payments on older invoices faster than you would have otherwise chosen.

What happens if I need to leave Moxie's pricing agreement?

No problem.  Just let us know that you want to leave Moxie's pricing agreement and we will initiate that process with Allergan ASAP.  It takes 48-72 hours to fully migrate back to an independent account, but you will retain all of your history in Allergan Direct.
