In this article, we'll review the reports available to providers within the Transaction list tab of your Moxie Suite account.
Intro
After accessing the Transaction List tab of your Moxie Suite account, you'll notice that two reports are available: Reports and Refunds.
Please look at each section below for a detailed report breakdown and a table showing all columns and corresponding definitions (when needed).

Payments report
This report displays all payments for a period, based on the date the payment was logged. It does not log refunds–those can be found in the separate Refunds Report. The report logs all payments, even those associated with invoices that have not yet been closed / fully paid for.

Invoice Issued Date | The date and time the invoice associated to this payment was issued (began awaiting payment) |

Transaction Fee | The amount collected by Moxie to cover credit card transaction fees. You should expect these fees to be deducted from the payout amount you will have deposited into your bank account. |

The date the payment was logged. Note - that this may be a different date than when the payment’s invoice was issued or closed / fully paid for. |
Refunds report
This report displays all refunds for a period, based on the date the refund was logged. This report logs all refunds, even those associated with invoices that have not yet been closed / fully paid for.
