Ability to drag and drop calendar blocks

What's changed:
- Provider's can now drag and rearrange appointments on the calendar view within Moxie Suite.

✏️ Note - You will only be able to drag and drop appointments within the same provider schedule. i.e., moving appointments via drag and drop to another provider schedule is not possible.
