How to Connect Allē for Business to Cherry
After your Cherry onboarding, you can integrate your Allē for Business account with Cherry so patients can apply for Cherry directly from their Allē app to finance Allergan services and products.
Here’s how:

Log In: A Business Admin logs into the A4B Provider Portal at business.alle.com.

Select Locations: Choose each location, one at a time, from the left side of the screen.

Find the Payment Plans Card: On the dashboard, look for the Payment Plans card and select it.

Enroll Each Location: Follow the steps to enroll in each of your Medspa locations.
✏️ Note - Each location must be enrolled separately.
What Does the Patient Application Look Like for Cherry x Allē?
If the patient doesn’t have an Allē account yet, they can sign up by downloading the Allē app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once signed up the patient will:
- Click the Wallet Icon on the Allē app.
- Tap “Get treated now, pay over time.”
- Consent to Terms of Service when prompted.
- Enter Personal Info: Name, DOB, address, phone number.
- Tap Continue to trigger a soft credit check (no impact on credit score).
- Approval Determination appears immediately to let patients know if they qualify.
💡Tip - One way to market a Cherry via Allē payment plan is that qualifying patients will receive a 0% APR on all Allergan services and products when choosing a 6-month or less term option.

How to process a Cherry via Allē Transaction
Your patient has completed an Allergan treatment (e.g., BOTOX, JUVÉDERM) or purchased Allergan products and chooses to finance the purchase using a Cherry payment plan through Allē? Read on to learn how to process the transaction in your Allē for Business portal.
- A Business Admin signs into the Allē for Business portal at business.alle.com.
- Find Your Patient: Search for the patient who just completed the appointment.
- Click “Checkout”: Initiate the checkout process for the completed services.
- Select Products: Add any Allergan products used during the treatment.
- Apply Offers (If Any): Choose applicable offers or promotions.
- Toggle “Use Available Balance” under the Payment Plans section.
- Enter the Total for today’s Allergan products.
- Confirm & Complete: Check the required box, then click Complete transaction.
- Patient Confirmation: The patient will receive a text message with a link for final confirmation. Do not navigate away from your Allē screen until the patient completes this step. Once they confirm, the transaction will be processed.

After you wrap up a Cherry transaction, record the payment in Moxie Suite to keep your reporting and accounting accurate. This helps ensure your revenue data stays up to date and simplifies tax-season prep.
