How to apply Membership discounts to an invoice

This article will walk you through verifying and applying Membership discounts to an invoice during checkout.

Navigate to an appointment

1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.

2. On your Schedule page, click on the appointment you want to check out.

3. Once on the Appointment Details page, you can verify the perks associated with a membership by using the steps below.

4. Click on the Client tab

5. Once on the client tab scroll down to Memberships section then click on the ellipses > View membership agreement

6. On the Membership Agreement page you'll be able to see the perks for the selected Membership. In our example the client has both a dollar credit perk and service product discount perk of 25% all Tox service products.

7. Now that we've verified the perks let's move on to adding them to the invoice.

8. Go back to the appointment detail page. Then ensure that the client has received an eligible service for a service menu item perk or the appropriate service product was used for the service product perk. 

 

9. After confirming an eligible service or service product was used (depending on the type of discount perk you've added to the Membership) click Go to checkout

10. On the Summary page the first section titled Item details will showcase applicable perks. Click the Add button to enable the Membership discount for this invoice.

11. The applied discount will now appear under the Discount section (you can add any additional non membership discounts here also)

12. Any wallet credits can be applied under the dollar & point credits section. Refer to this article for a detailed walkthrough. 

 

13. The line item breakdown will be viewable at the bottom of the page and give you and exact breakdown of the discounts and/or credits applied.
