  • What's changed:
    • Moxie gets a makeover with our new global navigation, designed to make it easier to find what you need.

    • A new Charts tab, designed to give a comprehensive view of all charting. USe this to view which charts still require your attention.

Intake forms are now connected to service types

  • What's changed:
    • Intake forms are now connected to service types rather than individual service menu itemsโ€”making this process much more efficient.

Neuromodulator Example:

Previously, you had to attach intake forms to every individual neuromodulator service item. Now, with intake forms attached to the service type "Neuromodulator", any new neuromodulator service added to your menu will automatically have the appropriate intake form attached, saving you precious time! ๐ŸŽ‰


Call forwarding

  • What's changed:
    • Weโ€™re excited to announce that any calls initiated by clients in response to appointment-related texts (e.g., appointment confirmation texts) will now seamlessly redirect to your medspa's phone number. This update is live (no action needed), making communication with your clients even more efficient.

Savings on devices

  • What's changed:
    • As more of you are growing your practices and bringing on devices, we've set up national accounts with a number of major manufacturers to save you money when purchasing a device.
    • Initial partners include Sciton, Cynosure/Lutronic, BTL, Allergan (for DiamondGlow), Geneo (Glo2Facial), Crown Aesthetics (Skinpen), and CosmoFrance. If you're considering purchasing a device, please chat with your PSM.

  • What's changed:
