When scheduling an appointment in Moxie Suite
1. Log in to your Moxie Suite account using this link.
2. On the schedule tab proceed with creating a new appointment. Review this article on creating new appointments for a full walkthrough.
3. Before you're able to finalize the booking you'll see a room and, if applicable, device availability status message at the top of the Select time page. See a list of statuses below.

4. If you attempt to book a service that requires a room and the room is not available you'll see this pop-up asking you to acknowledge and confirm the overbooking.
5. If a device or room is not available when scheduling a service for your client select another time with an available room or room and device if applicable.
❗Important - If you are booking on a mobile or tablet device click on the appointment and hold for a few seconds in order to unlock drag and drop functionality. See video below for a demo.
What a client sees when booking an appointment online
If a client attempts to book an online appointment they will only see time slots for which the appropriate resource is available.
Appointments scheduled and rooms booked until 10 am.
On the online booking page, the client selects Botox, which needs a room. If no rooms are available at a certain time, they won't be able to book it for that time.
