  • What's changed:
    • Your clients can now reschedule their appointments directly within their portal. Say hello to a smoother, more efficient scheduling experience!

Standardized charging a late cancellation fee

  • What's changed:
    • We’ve made improvements to the process of charging late cancellation fees, streamlining your workflow and making it easier to charge client's late cancellation fees. Here's an overview of the process. 

      • Client Notification: Clients attempting to cancel within the late cancellation window will now automatically receive a notification informing them that they will be charged a late cancellation fee.

      • Manual Processing: Providers can now manually charge the late cancellation fee directly from the appointment details page or the schedule page. Simply select the “Charge Late Cancellation Fee” option within the same interface.

      • Streamlined Workflow: Previously, charging a late cancellation fee required multiple steps—first canceling the appointment and then initiating a separate process to charge the fee. We’ve standardized this into a single flow, allowing you to cancel the appointment and charge the late cancellation fee seamlessly within the same process, just as you would with a no-show fee.
