Revamped booking & rebooking flows

• What's changed:
  • Easier booking: We added a new create button to the schedule page, so you can now pick the client, service, provider, time, and date all in one convenient drawer. You don't need to click through multiple pages anymore.
  • Rebooking revamp: At checkout, you'll now be prompted to rebook clients before finalizing. This makes it easy to keep them on track by offering their next appointment 12 weeks out (or adjust as you see fit), ensuring they return when needed.

Intake forms visual indicator

• What's changed:
  • We've introduced a heart icon next to intake forms that impact GFEs. This visual indicator, visible in Settings > Clinical Documents > Intake Forms, quickly highlights which forms factor into the GFE process. For example, medical history or weight loss forms now display a heart icon, while forms that don't influence GFE, like cosmetic intake questionnaires, do not include an indicator.

  • We've updated the prescription ordering form; it will now automatically include any relevant client details already stored in our database - such as gender, birth date, and address.
