Charting revamp

  • What's changed:
    • Our latest updates make staying on top of charts and charting faster, helping you focus more on patient care and includes a bevy of enhancements:
      • New confirmation sections to charting: Client confirmations and service-specific affirmations are now automatically added based on the service types scheduled for the appointment. This way, you’re always documenting that you’ve taken the appropriate steps pre and post appointment.
      • Create and link charting templates: Effortlessly create and link templates to specific service types, so they automatically appear in the patient's chart when an appointment with a matching service is booked.
      • Automatic overdue marking: In line with industry best practices, charts will now be automatically marked as overdue 72 hours after your appointments are completed, helping you stay on top of your workload effortlessly.
      • Notification bubbles: Whenever a chart is overdue, you'll see a handy notification bubble on the charts tab, ensuring you never miss a beat.
